Managed Odoo hosting

The problem

Each company had been running Odoo its own way: manual updates, slow screens, and backups nobody had tested. When something broke, the first sign was usually an angry phone call.

What we built

1. One managed server running every company in its own isolated system and database.
2. Each system configured and tuned for how that company works, so screens and reports stay fast.
3. Nightly backups of every database and its files, copied offsite.
4. A health report emailed at 07:00 Tripoli time: every system, disk space, certificates and the last backup.
5. Changes are tried on a staging copy first; going live is one click.

All seventeen systems run on one monitored server. Problems show up in the morning report before staff notice them, and every change goes through staging first.
