The problem
Ramp dispatchers worked from paper and memory. Signal on the apron comes and goes, so any app that needed the network would fail exactly when a flight was turning around.
What we built
- A mobile app that stores everything on the device and never waits for a connection.
- Flight schedules pasted in from a message, plus a fleet list that fills in aircraft details automatically.
- Movement, load and passenger messages composed in the standard aviation formats.
- Finished reports generated on the phone at the end of the shift.

Where it is now
The dispatcher runs a full turnaround from the phone with no signal at all, and hands over a finished report at the end of the shift.
